Whilst it is easier than ever to find an insurance policy from anyone such as banks all the way through to your local supermarket, finding capable and reliable service has become a near impossible task for most people.

Our Approach
If you ask an intermediary to tender for your insurance business, many of them will take on a tried and tested approach:
- Obtain a copy of the current policy or scope of cover
- Try and beat the price
This works well for them normally, as a price saving often looks good. But is this the only consideration? A price saving is of course very worthwhile, although is any policy cover sacrificed? How can you be sure that some of the small print hasn't got any smaller?
Ferguson Green will not try and win your business simply with a lower quote. Our approach is to take a fresh look at your insurance needs, rather than what your previous advisor may have sold to you. Do you really need:
- Book debts insurance? (you don't have any significant debtors....)
- All risks for your business equipment? (you only ever carry equipment worth £300 and the policy excess is £250...
- £500,000 business interruption cover (your turnover is under £300,000...)
Do you have:
- Legal expenses cover?
- Directors and Officer's liability Insurance?
- Personal Accident Insurance?
We don't expect all our customers to know the policy types that are most important to them and we wont try and sell any covers that are completely superfluous.
